How do I recover a Braavos wallet?

To recover a Braavos Wallet:

  1. Remove the old Braavos extension from your browser or reinstall the mobile app.
  2. Download a fresh version from the Chrome Web Store or app marketplace.
  3. Open the wallet and select “Import Your Braavos Wallet.”
  4. Enter your 12-word recovery phrase exactly in order.
  5. Create a new password.
  6. If entered correctly, your wallet and accounts will be restored.

Note: If you had 2FA (Hardware Signer) enabled and have deleted the app, you must initiate a 4-day removal delay to regain full access.
